How long does delivery take?

In Australia: We usually dispatch most orders within 1 working day after the payment has been cleared. For Australian deliveries, please allow an additional 2-4 working days for delivery to major metro areas and up to 7 days for deliveries to regional areas.

International Orders: Delivery time for international orders varies from country by country, however in most cases your order will be delivered within 7-10 working days (NZ, US, Canada, UK, and Western Europe) or 2-3 weeks (elsewhere). Orders delivered outside Australia will have 10% GST automatically deducted during checkout procedure.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Australian Orders: Shipping and handling charges will vary according to the weight and the delivery address. Australian orders are delivered by Australia Post. Please note Standard Post isn't trackable and is not insured. You have the option of selecting Registered Post which will cost a little extra but is trackable.

International Orders: All International orders are sent through Australia Post Air Mail. Up to 20kgs. All International orders over $200 are sent via Registered Post for added security.

What do I do if my order doesn't arrive?

Please contact us via email and we'll make the necessary enquiries. For international orders, we will make enquiries with Australia Post and inform you about the results of their investigation. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist you with making any enquiries with authorities or organizations in your country.
